Terms for ordering, payment, delivery, returns and complaints when buying from the Minurattad.ee online store.
1. Seller and contact

2. Orders and payment
Select the products, quantities, delivery and payment methods in the cart. Before placing the order, you can see the total, including the selected delivery and services. We send an order confirmation by email.
3. Delivery and collection
Available delivery and collection options and their costs are shown at checkout. Delivery time depends on availability and the delivery method you choose.
4. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send your notice to info@minurattad.ee and return the goods within 14 days of giving notice.
If the goods match your order, you cover the direct cost of returning them. If they do not match your order, minurattad.ee OÜ arranges the return at its own expense. If you handle goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature and characteristics, you may be liable for their loss in value.
5. Complaints and disputes
If an item is defective, email info@minurattad.ee with your order number and a description of the defect. If we cannot reach an agreement, consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
