The goods ordered by the customer are protected during transport from the MINURATTAD.EE / MIXAUTO.EE warehouse until delivery to the customer by the responsibility of Portal MINURATTAD.EE / MIXAUTO.EE and its logistics partner. Portal MINURATTAD.EE / MIXAUTO.EE guarantees the replacement of tyres or compensation for the cost of the goods in any case of loss or damage to the shipment from the moment of dispatch to the moment of delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the customer.
All products sold by MINURATTAD.EE / MIXAUTO.EE are covered by the manufacturer's warranty
The warranty provided by the manufacturing plant through MINURATTAD.EE / MIXAUTO.EE covers both the material of the product and defects arising from the manufacturing process.
The following tyre damages and incidents caused by improper use of the tyres are not covered by the warranty:
The defective product is subject to a thorough examination. If the examination shows a material or manufacturing defect, the tyre will be repaired or replaced with a new one, or a monetary compensation will be paid. Company
MINURATTAD.EE / MIXAUTO.EE will reimburse you for the cost of repairing or replacing the product during the term of the sales warranty.
In addition to the rights arising from the guarantee of sale, the customers of MINURATTAD.EE / MIXAUTO.EE also have the possibility to exercise the rights arising from other applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia. According to the Law of Obligations Act, MINURATTAD.EE / MIXAUTO.EE assumes liability for defects found in the product within two years from the date of handing over the product to the customer.
